Research Assistant, Gaza [Closed]

Mena’a Ltd is seeking a Research Assistant based in Gaza to support its research, documentation, coordination, and field implementation work.

This role provides both research and operational support across Mena’a’s activities in Gaza, including data collection, archiving, workshop follow-up, and logistical support for field-based activities. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth delivery of projects on the ground while ensuring strong documentation, organised workflows, and reliable coordination.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in research assistance, project support, documentation, administration, or a related field, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a challenging environment. Strong Arabic is required, and working knowledge of English is desirable.

This is a fixed-term position for 10 months, with an expected start as soon as possible following selection.

Please note that implementation of the role is subject to security conditions on the ground. In the event of renewed hostilities or circumstances that materially affect the safe delivery of the project, Mena’a Ltd reserves the right to temporarily pause, suspend, or adjust the engagement until activities can safely resume.
